    Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. If you haven’t received it, please check your junk folder or contact us at support@wellworkingandliving.com.
  • Are your products ethically sourced?
    We curate products from trusted, value-aligned suppliers who share our commitment to wellbeing and sustainability.
  • When will my order ship?
    As a small business, we aim to process and dispatch orders within 3–4 business days. Our dispatch cut-off time is 9am GMT—orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
  • Can I return an item?
    Absolutely. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, email us at support@wellworkingandliving.com and we’ll help coordinate your return with our supplier partners.
  • Do you offer express shipping?
    Yes, we do! Express delivery within the UK takes 2–3 business days (not including processing time).
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note international orders may take 7–10 business days and may incur customs duties, fees, or import taxes upon arrival.
