Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Well Working and Living! We’re excited to get your order to you as soon as possible. As a small business, our processing time for dispatch is typically within 3–4 business days from the order date.

Please Note:
 

  • Our dispatch cut-off time is 9am GMT. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day.
     

  • All orders include tracked delivery. You’ll receive your tracking code via your dispatch confirmation email. If not received, please check your junk mail or contact us.
     

Delivery Times (excluding processing time):

  • UK Standard: 4–5 business days

  • UK Express: 2–3 business days

  • International: 7–10 business days
     

Note: Orders outside of the UK may be subject to customs duties, fees, and taxes.
